Catalyze's acquisition of wherefromhere Ltd is complete

In 2005 Catalyze acquired wherefromhere Ltd, a specialised software development and consultancy organisation. This acquisition has significantly strengthened Catalyze's strategy software consultancy business.

Since 2005, wherefromhere has been run as a solely owned subsidiary of Catalyze and continued to deliver geographical information consultancy services. As the final step in the transition process, all existing wherefromhere business was transferred to Catalyze by 1st April 2008. From this date wherefromhere ceased trading. 

This acquisition and business consolidation will further enhance the quality and depth of the service Catalyze's and wherefromhere's clients have come to expect.
