Catalyze is awarded a Gold Award for its contributions to charity
Catalyze was one of just over 700 organisations in the UK to be awarded a Gold Award for its Payroll Giving contributions in 2007. A third of employees choose to make regular donations to charities from their salaries and the company supports this by paying the administration fee to the local payroll authority.
Catalyze actively promotes payroll giving, encouraging its employees to give something back to society. It has also recently set up an “Every Penny Helps” scheme, which all UK employees have signed up to, thereby agreeing to donate the pennies on each month’s payslip to this year’s charity of choice, World Vision.
